Recruiting Webb was founded on a heart-centered mission: to be the solution to the "Black Hole" of resumes.

Lynn's passion for recruiting began in high school, working as a clerk in an on-the-job training office shared by Navy, Marine, and Army recruiters. Watching those recruiters work every day to reach their goals taught the lessons of recruiting long before it became a career, and that same passion drives every search we take on today.
